Now, as a disclosure, I would like to add that this home is my parents' home. The decision to downsize has taken them months -- perhaps even years. They have finally made the decision after my father had a health scarel last year and my mother just recently was diagnosed with neuropathy. The home is ideal for them, with few stairs, but the property is just too large for them to care for.
