You don't need a Real Estate Agent to "find" a house for sale in Lancaster.

"I don't need an agent to find a house".  

This seems to be the general opinion if you are a Lancaster real estate buyer, and you are absolutely right.

With trulia, zillow, craigslist, realtor.com and a host of other Lancaster MLS Search and IDX real estate listing sites, not to mention virtual and video tours available at the click of a mouse, you really DON"T need a real estate agent to FIND a house.
